ABOUT US

Dragon Sports Performance, DSP, is a local and veteran owned private
fitness, and sports performance training club that specializes in assisting
adults, middle and high school athletes, to  reach their personal fitness and athletic goals. Whether your goal is to lose weight, burn fat, get stronger and more toned, make a sports team, or play college or pro sports, we want to help you reach your goals!

We strive to bring professionally developed and coached training programs to our local community in an effort to bring services and opportunities that normally are not available. With an overall goal of helping to improve the mental and physical health of the local area.

The Master Coach and Owner of Dragon Sports Performance is Timothy DeGiuli. Tim is an
experienced strength and conditioning coach, and sports performance coach, who has been
coaching and training individuals and athletes for over 20 years. Coach DeGiuli is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), and holds Master of Science in Exercise Physiology with an emphasis in Sports Performance from Western Michigan University where he also coached football for four years.


Over this career Coach DeGiuli has trained and coached athletes from middle school to the
professional level where he has coached more than 100 professional athletes from the NFL,
MLB, NHL, NBA, Pro Boxing, and MMA. He is also a retired Army Captain, and has trained
tactical athletes at SOCOM, such as Navy SWCC, Army Rangers, Green Berets, and
Para-Commandos. As a student of the profession and a consummate learner he has earned
certificates in the areas of Corrective Exercise, Functional movement assessment, Group
Exercise Training, Sports Nutrition, Flexology, has completed training from USA Weightlifting,

and is a Vertimax Master Trainer.
