Our members are beginners who are looking to get back into shape, lose weight, or get strong. They are weekend warriors looking to keep their competitive fire going. They are scholastic athletes who are trying to improve their athletic abilities and success, or get to collegiate sports. They are college athletes who are trying to maximize their abilities and compete at a high level. They are professional athletes who are working to stay on top of their game in the off-season. No matter what kind of member you are, our primary focus is on helping you reach your goals.
Our training is based on decades of experience, the most cutting edge training protocols, expert coaching, and a specialized training environment that will help guide you to your goals.
Our Dragon Fire training programs are designed to elicit the maximum results in our athletes through the use of science based training protocols. They are tailored for scholastic athletes ages 12 and up.
We also feature adult Hybrid HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Classes that are outstanding and get results. We also offer 1-on-1 training, Post-PT 1-on-1 training, and Sports Skills Camps.

Cardio and Strength training plays important role on fitness. We have well equipments for Cardio and Strength training.
