DRAGON FIRE YOUTH PROGRAM

The Dragon Fire Youth Program is for our beginner athletes ages 7-11 year old.This program is where we build our base of training knowledge and learn to move in the 7 primary movement patterns. This basic program will also help build confidence, self esteem, and the athletes understanding of what training will do for them. During this program we teach body mechanics, running techniques, body weight exercises and plyometric movements that promote physical, mental, and athletic development.

Dragon Sports Performance believes that it is crucial to  start teaching our athletes about discipline, healthy living, the benefits of being active and sports, at an early age. Our scholastic programs are much more than just fitness and performance, they give the athletes a foundation they can use to grow into confident, proud, young well-rounded leaders and individuals. At Dragon Sports Performance our athletes are not just members, they are family!
